GROG as a sophomore I was multi-talented (Hell, I was talented) so I thought nothing of boiling a pot of oil while I finished typing a paper in the kitchen table. Why I was so talented I could smell that the oil would be ready just when I typed the last paragraph (perfect timing by a talented man). I didn’t foresee reaching for my dictionary (back in those ribbon changing days). I stepped to the stove just as the ceiling began to get blacked. Being a wise fool ( and talented), I headed straight to the sink. My brilliance and genius (now Pro) stopped me and I tossed the burng oil into a raging blizzaed. Physics 101 had taught me about equal and opposit actions. My experiment worked out and I put out the flames before the ambulance arrived’! I have never deep fried again! 2. I have never played guitar again to the gratitude of any who ever heard me.3 Avoidance of fried food has removed my talents and not allowed me to grow in circumfrence as a man of my age should.

I’m watching the Notre Dame game. I love football season!

Nothing on my local channels worth watching in sports except some of the US Open Tennis.

I can’t stand tennis or golf. Glad I don;t have to deal with that. I’d have to find a good classic rock radio station.

Notre Dame leads Michigan 17-7 at the half. They look a lot better than they did last week, so far.

Or maybe Michigan just isn’t that good this year.
