Fellow Baby, the first part of the vacation will be to take care of some household projects/chores & appointments. The latter half of the week should be wide open to do what ever might come to mind from now to then I’m thinking of going to the Johnson Space Center on one of those days.
x_Tech, I always wear a hat in the sun. I could have used some sun screen too. Oh, well. It felt warmer than I thought it was supposed to be for today, but I’m not complaining. It was a great day.
I finally got my new pressure wash assembled so I’ve got myself another make work project for the week.
Fellow Baby, Johnson Space Center? Definately go! I guess the nimrods in DC are doing away with the space program. Pity that is!
You know, something we used to do when the kids were little,haven’t done it in a while, was to just get in the car and drive and see where we end up. Had some really nice little adventures out of that. Of course, with the price of gas these days, that may be impractical.
Fellow Baby I’m not a big fan of Houston to live in (I much prefer Dallas), but it is an insult to all the residents (yes including me) that the city was denied one of the 4 space shuttles. New York & California??? It’s not right. And I’d feel the same way about that even if I didn’t live here.
Maybe I’ll go to La Grange. I want to see if what ZZ Top says is true. Do they (still) have a lot of pretty girls there?
