So much for the eye-witness weather forecast, Mel

Happy Easter, cleo, sugar, Fellow Baby and the rest of you eye-witness weather persons!

The Easter Parade will be on TCM at 8AM. I’d prefer 8PM, but then I’ve got the movie anyway.

It’s spring what do you want? Dogs are pretty good at forcasting. Ours once pooped in the kitchen(right in the middle of the floor). We found out later that there was a tornado warning in the area. We Had a bad storm but no tornado (thank God). From then on we watched where she pooped.LOL

Happy, Happy Easter to Grog, Dry, Cleo, Lonewolf & all my CD friends

Hi StelBel, Lonewolf, Chikuku, Grog, Dry, Cleokaya, Coyote, Sugie, Comicgos, JPSteve, Saucy1121, X-Tech, Rabbitrose and all my Citizen Dog pals.

I went to a Memorial service today, or maybe you call it funeral services, for my friend who passed away last Thursday. Today was the only day available for her out of town family to attend.

Beautiful service. Lots of emotion from her kids. Lots of tears and hugs from everyone. Comfort and love for those with broken hearts but having hope in their hearts for a future day. Glad I could be there to render any comfort that I could.

Makes a person think about what comes next. What kind of persons should we be with that thought in mind?

Hi, Puppybreath. Many questions hit me during those times, too. I hope that overall your day went as well as could be expected. :^)

It’s been a tough day for friends here at GoComics. Those lost are never forgotten. I will miss HopeandJoy♫ as I have missed Carmy

    Fellow Baby, I left you a comment @ C&H.

Ditto, Grog. It is sad to lose such cheerful people. Too bad everyone can’t have that kind of an outlook. :^)

Dry first informed me of Hopeandjoy’s passing. It can be as tough to lose our online friends as those we have met in person. I think that we can often pick up a lot about a person’s personality by the comments that they make on a day to day basis. I am just thankful that we get a chance to have such individuals touch our souls. RIP Hopeandjoy and Carmy!

Yes cleo. I still miss my Girlfriend! Carmy was one of a kind, and from what I have read from Hopeandjoy, she had the same deep belief in God that our Carmy had.

Fellow Baby, saw your comment. Why do people with no sense of humor read the comics, to get one maybe?

I’m not sure, Fellow Baby. Like many of my favorite movies & TV shows, it is a classic….one that stands the test of time and could read or watch (which ever applies)over and over. I suppose we should be watching reality TV even though I’d rather not. I’d rather watch the news for entertainment.

So few will ever match Watterson’s genius or Hart’s sense of humor.
