This was my thought the day before yesterday, so I stopped off at my local brew pub for a hamburger, roasted potatoes and a glass of Scotch Ale.Good Morning Grog, Dry, sugie, puppybreath, StelBel and the rest of the CD hamburger lovers.
Howdy do all! Craziness is happening all around! People dropping in for long visits unannounced, the workman putting in my carpeting put a hole right in the middle of the carpet in the living room, I somehow promised, before my brain went into gear, to help with a big barbeque a friend is throwing and guess who is in charge of getting all the food together!
Oh well, it could be so much worse. At least I have friends who want to see me. The carpet can be repaired I am told,(and I choose to believe that although the hole is pretty impressive) and the barbeque will be fun and maybe will give me a chance to have a relaxing evening with friends and with folks I haven’t met yet but who will probably wind up being new friends.
Grog I left you a thank you note on yesterday’s comic……at least I think it was yesterday. Time is running away and I’ not sure it it was yesterday or the day before. I haven’t even had time to try out getting my new avatar in place! Anyway, I wanted to thank you for all the kindnesses you have shown, the real interest and concern you have demonstrated to anyone who asks your help. SO*_THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH GROG_*
