Why are you in such a hurry for your mail anyway, Sims? I’m sure it’s all bills and junk mail anyway! (Mine ususally is! SNERK!)

Good morning Fellow Baby, cleo and sugie!

Our mailman always arrives in late afternoon, while substitutes arrive in the early afternoon. Makes me wonder what our regular one is up to for two to three hours.Good morning Grog. Dry, sugie, StelBel and the other CD fans.

Our “mail people” drive little mail trucks so they don’t get a chance to talk to the animals :-)

Good Morning Grog, Dry, Cleo, Lonewolf, StelBel & all the CDers who are waiting for their mail.

Many years ago, during my college days, I used to tend bar at a small neighborhood bar. The local mailman would stop in every day for a “liquid” lunch for about an hour and a half, then continue on his route.

Good afternoon, Lonewolf, puppybreath (still missing you!!), cleokaya, Dry, sugie, Grog, x_Tech, OldHipster, pschearer and CDers everywhere!

Fellow Baby I finally read the rest of last nights comments. You and cleo were carrying quite an interesting conversation. I admire you for all your schooling, esp. doing a lot of it at night. I took a couple of economic courses at night after working all day at a junior college in Fayettville NC, because I was in banking at the time, and really enjoyed them. And the bank paid for them which was nice. Of course I was a bit younger then, :-). Don’t know if I could do that now!

You know Fellow Baby, it wasn’t Richard Sanders who sang the theme song, but to this day, I still think it sounds just like him!HULU has a lot of the episodes, which I am watching one of now. The Fish Story!

Fellow Baby, I took my last course when I was 39. When graduation was done, I went back to the office and played a particullar tape with Alice Cooper’s School’s Out and I sang out loud that particular line School’s Out Forever and meant it. I haven’t taken a course since. Of course, when I made that tape years ago, I followed it up with Workin’ At the Carwash Blues.

I can’t complain either, because my company paid most of the expenses up to a certain limit. When I took a leave of absense to finish it off, I paid for those myself. I have no complaints about that, because I really wanted to finish it once and for all.

No but a couple more than that, means even less to the Doctor….unless of course he sees a giant pig painting the lobby.

And with that I’m calling it a night. After 2 nights of staying up for football, I need to catch up on my sleep. Good night, Fellow Baby

I never liked school until I graduated from high school and could study what I liked.
