This really is how a surprising amount of business is conducted. With people hiding in their offices playing solitaire and hoping that no one ever asks them to do anything, because they have no idea what they are supposed to be doing.
yes, I surmised that’s what happened. Your reply had to be to me; after all, who else has a basset hound named Sam around here? give Mr Maxwell Milton …..(Uncle Milty?) a squeeze for me.oh, and about this ‘cleo’ I have been reading folks wishing a good morning to.a basset person, by any chance?
@ puppybreath How’s it going with Ralph and Agnes??? I just love those names! I feel like I’m asking about my grandmother, 2 uncles and a cousin!!…all of whom had those names. I bet you’re really enjoying them!
Fellow Baby I’ll answer over here to your last comment. I liked Hal Linden, and the ensemble cast was hilarious, very dry, funny humor. I used to love Seinfeld, back then, now there are very few episodes I care to see again, but there are a few. And if I was one to watch something because “everybody else does”, my life would be spent watching all those SLIMY, ROTTEN SO CALLED Reality Shows! Goodness, how did we ever come to Reality Shows being called good television! I can’t believe that, and I won’t get started on them!
I was probably one of the very foew at our Edmonton plant who didn’t watch Survivor. Of course, it didn’t stop there. With each new reality show, I began watching more & more of my own collection. And that collection is still growing.
I’m now watching American Graffiti. Tomorrow is the sequel and Wednesday is Anatomy of a Murder.
I’m thinking of also adding The New Avengers to my collection.
OH AMERICAN GRAFFITI! Opie Taylor/Ron Howard now a famous director, the movie that made Richard Dreyfuss a star, the beginnings of “Happy Days” etc, etc, LOVED THAT MOVIE, haven’t seen it in years!
Oh yes and Cindy Williams who went on to “Laverne and Shirley” and if I remember correctly, Fellow Baby wasn’t Harrison Ford also in that movie? Oh Gee, now I gotta see it again! :-)
Yes he was, Fellow Baby, though he was not a big star in the movie. But he was in it. I didn’t realize this, but he had various guest parts in TV shows since the mid-60’s before doing that movie. He actually did a lot of TV before landing Star Wars
Born in July of ‘42. I didn’t realize he was that old. He certainly didn’t look that old in Star Wars He looked about 25 in that movie, but he was about 35.
I am watching Hawaii 5-0. Never thought I would like the new version after Jack Lord, but I do. James Caan is on tonight, his son is one of the stars. Man, does he look OLD! Happens to the best of us I guess!
I also thought it was Ford’s break role. I thought he was an unknown in Star Wars. I didn’t recall seeing him in anything before that movie. And I didn’t see American Graffiti until after Star Wars.
Fellow Baby I did see the comment before you deleted it. I am getting ready to head to bed, so I guess I will say goodnight and you have a good night! We can talk about movies and tv shows on any given day, can’t we? LOL!

And by getting started on them, I mean, I won’t elaborate further because I could fill up a page on that garbage!

The blonde in the T-Bird was Suzanne Somers.
Dry and Dusty Premium Member almost 13 years ago
Yes I remember that. About Suzanne Somers. That was her break through role as I recall.
Dry and Dusty Premium Member almost 13 years ago
Prior to Star Wars he was basically an unknown.
