Fellow Baby, Jameson ‘s is an Irish whisky. My Mr. Boston Bartenders guide also uses Irish whisky to make Irish coffee. But that’s how it’s usually prepared in Montreal.
Sleeman is a very popular microbrewed beer in Canada. I think it’s so popular, I don’t know if it even falls under the category of microbrewery any more. They have a number of flavored beers. I’m sure that the market has put a nice dent in the profit margins of the big 3 brewers in CanadaI didn’t care much for it. I occasionally drank Hopsbraugh, but it was a brewery without a western reach so I stopped drinking it and Labatt Blue (for difference in taste reasons) when I moved out west.
@Citizen GROG, I could go for a Peppermint Patty right now.
@StelBel I left a response to your post yesterday. It’s the second from the last post the last time I looked.
@Cleokaya, I left a message for you too in response to your post about the Dog Shelters and your puppy search. I think it’s the last post of the day.
@Plods, I haven’t seen a post from you in the past couple of days. I left a post for you about two days ago, on Saturday I think, and asked you about your fostering something like 30 Great Danes. I’d like to know more….
I think I’ve got all my bases covered now. If not….“I’ll Be Back!” I couldn’t resist that!
Well forget the arid breezes out here. It’s going to be very wet all week and they forecast heavy rains at times. But we can’t have green grass and flowers, and forests and free running rivers and streams without the rain. As I’ve said before, I’m going to grab an umbrella and look for the rainbow!
Stay Warm and Comfy *((((Dry, StelBel, Citizen Grog, Cleokaya, noicant, Sugie, Plods, Nighthawks, Lonewolf, JP Steve, mightaswellbe, x_Tech and our entire Citizen Dog Team!))))
the old Salem cigarette ads used to claim that smoking their product was a ‘step up into springtime for cool refreshment’ then you would hear a harp playing , indicating the coming of spring and the step up out of the tedium of non menthol and non filtered cigarettesturns out, if you smoked those cigs long enough you would be hearing harp playing sooner rather than later
a very good morning to all CD enthusiasts out there.happy, happy, happy!!nothing as pleasant as sitting in your underwear in your back yard at the end of the day.
Strange, I tried to change my name to Citizen O’Grog. When I updated, I couldn’t read the comments, unless I was signed out or post comments. I changed it back, and everything returned to normal. Oh, well.
oh my Buddy cleo Move EAST young man, move EAST! Hope all you CD’ers have a pleasant night and a good sleep. This East Coaster is going to sleep, work tmr. and the temps are 50 degrees at 11PM! Summer, forget Spring, is HERE!
