morning people and pets.happy, happy, happy!!!sorry Fergus. by definition all photo opp pictures are staged.on the other hand, the nice reply letter you got from Buddy was great.
thanks for kinds words yesterday, guys. yeh, I just don’t do landscapes and such. Most of the stuff i do is just for me. If I was dependent on sale of art for sustenance, I would not be a starving artist, I would be a dead artist.
“If I was dependent on sale of art for sustenance, I would not be a starving artist, I would be a dead artist.”++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++I find that hard to believe. In my opinion, your artwork would appeal to many, and be very popular.
nighthawks love that photo. And also, I have seen your work at your site, and I agree with StelBel. I think it is very nice and would interest others as well.
I think someone told you yesterday that this is a 1999 strip and is referencing Buddy, Bill Clinton’s dog. And, it would be so nice if we could possibly leave politics out of it. Please?
First x_Tech that letter was a hoot. It was better then the comic.Secondly StelBel the photo was the finishing touch.Thirdly thank you Stel for your comment to Seafox10. We are a happy group and don’t need any other kind of influences here. That being said….
Good Morning Grog, Dry, Cleo, StelBel, noicant spell & all th other CDers out there.
A fine evening to all the CD kids out there. We are home again. The family, including Mr. Barty, went to Meramec Ceverns for the weekend. I got to bring home a geode that they cracked open in front of me. It was too cool..nighthawks your paining is beautiful. I find it hard to believe you would be a dead artist_! This should be in an upscale gallery..x_Tech I must concur with Dry that was PERFECT . *_BRAVO!!!*
Oops. That was supposed to be painting not paining. Sorry I sometimes have fat fingers, and I’m not sure what happened to that last scentence..StelBel I’ve never been to N.O. or had a beignet, but now that I’ve seen one…….my life won’t be complete till I try it. Yumm!!
Deer Furgus,Don’t believe Buddy. That is not a reel hellocopter. It is a prop. Buddy is afraid of heights. That is why Mr. Billy is holding him, so he won’t faint. Buddy isn’t aloud in the egg shape office ‘cause he pooped and peed on the carpet when there was company.I am really the furst pet of the U-nited States. I am misspelling wurds so that the Secrit Seckurity don’t know it is me writing this.I like Citizen Dog. I think Cuddles is the greatest. You are cool too, for a dog. ;-} @ →<-This is a picture of me playing with a ball of yarn and two long pointy weapons.Purrfecty yours, Socks.
When I was posting a little while ago, I kept clicking on “refresh”, but nothing came up and I figured I was the only one here! So, I left, went over to Ballard St, then came back and found the 2 of you were here all the time. All I can say is I need to bring my “refresh” to the repair shop!!! LOL
@StelBelThanks, and good night to you and Grog. I have homework to do. I need to pry myself away from here.Have a good early sleep Grog. I’m glad we “sort of” connected!
Shika, to do Cajun/Creole right, it often demands much of your time, but the rewards are worth it – but don’t fill up too much on the hushpuppies. You’ll have little room for the main course – much less desert.
Shika if ever you go to N’Orleans, you’ve got to try them. They are awesome. I doubt you’ll find anything like it in Canada, unless you know of any Cajun restaurants in your area. I doubt there are.
Dry I live to eat. I favor Italian and French, but I love many different kinds of food. I used to love spicy foods too, but as I got older, my stomach rebelled. I do miss hot wings so much that when my hubby gets them I always have to try just one….and one is all it takes. :-(.Grog I’ve been able to find something I like from every cuisine I’ve tried so far. I haven’t tried Indian yet, that’s next on my list..Noicant that is such a cute picture. I’m glad to hear you got a bit of a break today after your tough day yesterday. I’m also glad to hear that your sister is going with you tomorrow. It’s a good start. Thanks for the happy night time send off..Good night kids. Have a peaceful and restful evening.

I’ve been eating Shrimp Creole the past couple of nights. And I’ve made enough Creole sauce to last a ferw more servings.
I might make Shrimp Diane one night this week.

I’ve been on a Cajun kick this past week – but I’ve had no room for desert. The main courses have been too good
