Hey kids, it’s 1:10 am here and my night owl tendencies run strong tonight. Gearing up for a family vacation. We leave Sun. morning and I have one day left to get it together. If they have Wifi I’ll be seeing you around. If not, I guess I’ll see you all next week. Have fun and play nice kids..A dog selling hot dogs…..that’s just wrong.

I went for the obvious. I have no shame.

We have a little “greasy spoon” diner around here that has been in business since the 1930’s. They make the ABSOLUTE BEST hot dogs and rice pudding ANYWHERE!The only thing missing from this photo is the sauerkraut. This was the closest I could find to those heavenly hot dogs here.

We have some great hot dog vendors here. I enjoy having one occassionally- all beef ones by Shopsy, with all the trimmings. Pork ones are good too, when they are deli style.

i’m going to sty up a bit longer.i may find somthing stupid on tv to watch, and just not think fore a while. i will check in from time to time before bed.

Well, it looks like I missed everyone. We went to a Dutch community Raspberry festival today. It included people of all ages playing 4 on 4 basketball. I was impressed with these little kids and how well they could play. Also included was a vintage car show. It was very impressive, with cars, trucks and motorcycles dating from 1917 to the present. Beautiful vehicles. We had lunch at a great German Deli.
