Well, I just saw the space shuttle fly practically directly over our plant on its way to Ellington Field. That made my day. I didn’t think I was going to see that.

No, Fellow Baby, since I didn’t expect to see it to begin with.I was out back having a smoke, when somone came over the radio saying that the shuttle was approaching. Fortunately, I was smoking with someone who had a radio, or might have never known it was overhead. We finally located it coming out of the east flying low overhead. I didn’t even have my cell phone with me. I normally don’t carry it, because once I get out into the plant, I can’t hear anything anyway.

good evening friends and pets.its bin sooo busy for me lately.or at least Ive bin making it so.i made a trash and recycle run with the P.U. and little trailer.got the stuff to finish my plumbing.and went shopping for grocery’s.all in four hours.then i started in on my housework.god! i sound like a housewife…: D

mom seems to be doing better. the antibiotics are working i think.those UTIs are insidious for older people.

going to go put mom to bed now.ill be back in a bit…

keeping busy helps.thats why i keep finding projects.next Wednesday is moms birthday so i am not going to do any me time then, and the week after that i have a support group meeting, but i think that the week after that i am going to take four hours and do nothing “constructive”. just some grocery shopping if necessary, but nothing heavy.and brunch or lunch someplace for me!
