(I’ll be trying to cut down on my use of exclamation points, now that I have finally gotten down how to use them properly with the URL to insert a picture. Although I accidently stumbled upon that shortcut, I never felt comfortable using it until this morning…I carefully copied down what you did last night and taped it to my desk where I can refer to it til it’s firmly implanted in the brain. All the pictures that I posted today were done with the shortcut!)

What a great suggestion about the lifts!! Like happyathome, I was always doing all the physical stuff myself when I took care of my folks. Then, when they went into the hospital (and after, nursing home), I saw them using these lifts! I remember wishing I had known about them sooner. I wish I had remembered about them to recommend that to happy sooner, but I’m glad you mentioned it today. It’s really something so worth looking into, and like you said, oftentimes insurance will cover it if prescribed by a doctor.

Well in addition to my existing problems, I’ve had an extremely stiff neck today. The medication I was subscribed fhasn’t done much more than make me very sleepy.

I’ll stick around for a bit but I have a feeling that I’ll soon want to get comfy in my recliner and watch my Notre Dame game. It’s likely that I’m going to fall asleep at some point during the game.
