Green is healthy? Oh well. I know when my loaf of bread turns Blue I shouldn’t make sandwiches.

Wait…Does that apply to Green and/or Blue Salami?

I like kosher dills on my sandwiches – particularly when I’m having corned beef & pastrami sandwiches.

Yet when someone has turned green we don’t think of him as being particularly healthy.

Corned Beef Brisket today with potoates and cabbage and Red Beet Horseradish! Yummy!

I love bleu cheese in all it’s forms like Gorgonzola and Stilton.
