And speaking of water, don’t forget to bring a towel.

Over in Cleveland, with Claude, Clara & Cleo, I certainly would have no qualms at all about admitting that canine into my establishment.

Well….. come on in , everybody…. if you dare.. ..

though you may want to cover your eyes, like I do, when you enter.

We’re here to talk about yet another creepy poster from StelBel… and it looks like Nighthawks worked on it too.

It’s the Oct 16th  2018 “CLEO and COMPANY”

You can see it on Sherpa (if you want to…)…

    http://www.comicssherpa.com/site/feature?uc_comic=cscwy

But…. what is it with everybody?

Halloween is one night, at the end of October, full of mini Hershey bars and Tootsie rolls… cute little bats and trick-’r-treating princesses….

but some people want to make it into a whole month of zombies and skeletons, ghosts and gore….

and horrible movies I can’t even watch.

Ask for a treat, and they give you candy eyeballs!

Is that any way to be?

Anyway… I’m sure this is very nice work, you guys….

I’ll let you know as soon as I get brave enough to look at it for more than 5 seconds, through my fingers.

Hey…. the humans copied this one too!

I sneaked a better look…. cos it’s not as scary as that stitched up…. thing…. on Cleo.

But it still ain’t no pink tutu’d princess.

    Meanwhile….

What is Gwendolyn going to do with that water?

Normally I wouldn’t ask….. but the way things are going around here lately…..

Liverlips…. Marg is still very much extant.

She’s just very busy these days and only visits the comics every few months, and usually not Ballard Street any more.

I miss her. Come back, Marg!

And here’s the good news for tonight……

You’re all invited to the Tiki…. which, of course, goes without saying….

But the room that was titled the Cleo room last week, just for tonight, is called the Farside Room….

And I’m serving breakfast items, sandwiches, yakburgers and beverages… even including beer, wine, and banana daks….

and I baked a big chocolate cake, that says…

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY, FARSIDE!

Very creepy, Stel. Especially that stitched-on ear.

Actually, Stel, this is a pretty neat poster! I’m sure it took you weeks getting all the drool and slime in this just right. But wait!!! It is signed by Nighthawks! What does that mean? Either way, great poster. I love how y’all snuck a cute little mouse in the costume, too.
