I must admit… “skis” took me a moment.

What could it brie?

It was making me blue.. till I thought about it Caerphilly…..

And realised I was being thick as a brick.

Meanwhile….. Marg, above, reminded me…

I forgot to mention, yesterday, that we’ve entered the post-black-and-white era of Ballad Street… in fact, of most syndicated daily strips.

I knew it was coming soon… cos it started not long after I started commenting on Comics.com, which was in 2008.

A year or so later, my local paper started printing them in color too. Papers vied for comics readers.

And now? I saw a paper recently…. two skinny sections and no comics at all!!

But I guess I’m part of the problem, since I don’t subscribe.

As for Ginger…..

She has many talents and is much adored….

So I wouldn’t be surprised even if she were sometimes allowed to win (wink wink).

Finally….

The site has been holding my comment hostage.

For about an hour it wouldn’t post, and trying to open new pages resulted in that error message we all love….

“This site is under heavy load…”

Then it posted in triplicate.

I hate to say it….

But a couple of days of the turn being late…

then error messages tonight….

It sometimes means they’re working on site “unimprovements.”

Actually, it was 2 out of 2. Ginger always wins.

Groan.
