Claude, I have to tell you, those look like two of those old style, bright red hot dogs wrapped in Pillsbury crescent rolls like mutant pigs-in-a-blanket, attached to your ankles.

Much to the regret of innocent bystanders.

My goodness… second night in a row Liverlips has been here alone till I show up….

well, except for the whispers from ten years ago….

And tonight I’m pretty late…. sorry, Liverlips.

I’d still like to welcome everybody to the comments forum for

the April 14th  2019 “CLEO and COMPANY”

Which you can read, if you haven’t yet, on Sherpa

    http://www.comicssherpa.com/site/feature?uc_comic=cscwy

    Pssst…. Claude…. I don’t think you quite…. um…. oh, never mind.

You’ll find out soon enough…. whether you hear it from the police, or the bowling alley sends their “boys” around.

    Anyway…. a dollar?

Must be an old bowling alley…. sorry, family lanes and entertainment center or something.

It was about a decade ago that I looked into prices for a Red Hat bowling outing…. which never happened…. and it was three or four dollars just for shoes.

One place had a special…. 2 games and shoes for ten bucks a person…. but we voted for miniature golf, instead.

Phew…they wouldn’t get to watch me roll endless gutter balls.

I think all three places I checked have since closed…. but we do have a new, fancy one.

Quick notes on stuff from yesterday….

StelBel…. hope you saw my reply to you about nine vs. ten differences.

And JP Steve…. just to be clear… .. I never “get up on time.” I post before I go to bed… even if… sigh…. the East Coasters are already drifting in, clutching cups of coffee.

I see that Grog showed up while I was typing…. Hi Grog!

My replies to Stel and Steve reminded me that missed a week of making a side by side….

So, tell ya what…. I’ll make one now.

Today’s strip is almost like a “Find the Nine Differences” puzzle….

    https://i.postimg.cc/XvyHJqdX/Cleo-not-a-puzzle-Apr-14th-19.png

    :)

OK… I had to check…. counting each speech balloon as one difference… Ie, not separately that the tail is different, it moved, and or says something different….

    so that’s three….

and NOT counting any changes we can’t see that are hidden behind a speech balloon….

I only see five more, making eight.

I also didn’t count any teeny shifts that happened with walls or doors cos it isn’t really meant to be a puzzle.

    LOL!

    Obviously, I’m with Pauline….

    Have fun where you can….

and make it up if you have to!

Maybe if Clara walks through that Portal of Forgetfulness this never happens.
