Liverlips… I see no sign of Cleo’s weaponry….

I’m thinking this photo (cough) was taken a moment before, while it was still packed away in what they call “hammer space” ….

that’s the same, expandable area out of which Bugs Bunny might pull a huge mallet….

and where Cleo and Wiley Coyote hide their dynamite and TNT.

If I found a pet wearing a hat exactly like mine, I think I’d check my closet and my door locks.

But I think Bixby here is off the hook… his hat is way too small to be one of Tom’s.

(BTW… I think we commented on a rerun of this particular strip on Ballard Street in 2017 or 18.)

Which reminds me…..

I’ve reserved the Pineapple Blossom Room for us for today….

And I just made a big batch of yakballs for sandwiches.

Yakballs are ground yak meat…. you know, like meatballs.

Not what somebody out there is dying to ask.

Found all nine in good time, but I’m sure this is the second time I have seen this particular image used as the basis of the puzzle. I don’t know if the actual differences this time are the same as, or different from, the prior instance.

If I were to see a dog wearing a hat like mine I’d be tempted to say; “Looking good my dawg.”

Cleo is the only one properly dressed for sunbathing on a private deck.

Okay, I guess I can’t keep this under my hat any longer, so here’s the solution to today’s Cleo & Co. puzzle.

ok, there is a slight off-kilter movement that should not be counted…….I’ve posted the corrected version.

the part I’m talking about is where Clara’s lawn chair and part of her body appears to be shifted upward a couple of pixels.

that is an error that was formulated in the fractious frankness of frivolity

this ‘shift’ shouldn’t be evident when searching for the nine ‘real’ differences ……..it only became evident in the GIF .

The pet is equally surprised.

Cleo coul use a hat.

As intriguing as today’s puzzle appears to be, I’ll have to look at it later. Our cleaning lady comes in a few minutes and I’ll see y’all later.

I found all nine in good time, also.

Eight and holding…

I just got back, and it was a pleasure to find all 9 right off the bat! What fun. (I still think sweet, innocent Cleo is a slob!)
