Those Supermax prisons are pretty secure. Unless they send info to blow them up to their AL-QUIDA friends, don’t see how they can be of any harm to anyone.
The prisoners at Gittmo have not had any trial, therefore they have been denied due process and it is wrong to assume that just because they were captured during the war they are automatically guilty of , and here’s the irony, of what? We complain , rightfully so, whenever a foreign country holds one of our own in prison without a fair trial,, so let’s be fair about it and try them rather than just assumin g they are guilty.

Thanks, Mr McFann, for reminding us of certain home truths ! It would be nice to believe that if enough of your fellow countrymen protest, those incarcerated at Guantánamo (which, alas, is not the only foreign locality at which prisoners of the US are confined) will receive a fair and unbiased trial, but I am not sanguine….

Paging Lex Luthor and Doctor Doom! As soon as we clean up Gitmo the sooner we clean up America’s image!

Lex got elected President, you know. And yet I trust him more than Bush & Cheney…at least he was an evil GENIUS!

Well, exactly, Mike Luckovich. If we bring any of these famous detainees here, the Senate will stand on its chairs and scream (sigh).
