My keyboard does this on a semi-regular basis, which requires restarting it and then unplugging and re-plugging it to the computer….

i’ve never heard of a piano turnover. is it anything like an apple turnover?

If it is a USB keyboard on Windows, try going to Device Manager (right-click My Computer => Properties) and under USB go to USB Root => Power tab. Uncheck the box for shutting down to conserve power; do this for each USB root.

My mouse had the same issue.
