Roger: Andy, I wish you wouldn't always get so uptight whenever your mother visits. Andy: Roger, she's my mother. I can get as uptight as I want to, thank you. Roger: I just don't understand how she bothers you so much that's all. I mean, she's funny, she's smart, she's as nice and helpful as can be... heck, compared to a lot of us, she's perfect! Roger: What's not to like? Andy: I think you summed it up pretty well.

Women don’t like perfection. They like to feel needed. Needed as in helping to better their family to be more perfect (as opposed to a slave).
