Mom: Hi, baby....Mrs. Angelini told me you were asking about your dad today. Heart: Yeah, mom, I was wondering...why did daddy leave us? Mom: Well, back when you were just born, your daddy decided he no longer wanted to be part of our lives. It's nobody's fault, mind you, it's just that he didn't feel right staying with us, which was definitely for the best. Mom: Well, I was very sad in the hospital after you were born, when a nurse there gave me this poem.... Heart: A mother holds her child's hand for a while....her heart forever." Mom: And that's how you got your name! No matter what happens, you'll always be my heart! Heart: Just hold that thought until after you see my report card.
