Maybe he will be in trouble again, but mom asked him to wake up dad. I qoute: “By popular request.”
This time at least Calvin could have a real excuse.
I think that dad may be awake After all, how long can a six year child be standing on you and you not wake up? This is going to be a special moment between Calvin and Dad. Dad’s not all bad.
Pibgorn - Just because I’m well liked there.
Big Top - It’s just cool to hang out there.
Calvin and Hobbes - It inspires my imagination.
Garfield - What’s not to like?
C’ est La Vie - What ! I’m a girl and I just like the comic strip.
I read more then 5. this strip included and peoples comments as well. I do not read everyone since I have books to read. Here are some not all
Andy
Brenda
Cathy
FB&FW
Stone Soup
Gasline Alley I also read DT.
I will end here there are more. For comedy Foxtrot, One Big Happy,Pickles
I read comics from 4 different sites a day plus have a friend send me some from The Daily Ink which I think is supposed to be paid for but she gets forwards from a friend and then forwards them onto other friends. So my favorites are not all here at gocomics.
Garfield is probably my all time favourite.
I also love Pooch Cafe and all comics with dogs and cats like Buckles, Fred Bassett, and Dog eat Doug.
I like family ones like Stone Soup, PreTeena, Boomerangs, Pajama Diaries, Sally Forth, Blondie, Drabble, Pickles and others.
I just love it when he does Spaceman Spiff! Calvin and Hobbes is my favorite but I also read Garfield but in books now to my granddaughter. My son collects the old Far Side books and they’re a rip. I have some of the old Yogi Bear comic books that I’ve collected.
Stone Soup
For Better or Worse
Pickles
Calvin and Hobbes
Brenda Starr
The first three I can identify with certain periods of my life. The other two are sheer fantasy.
Calvin is way too small a kid in comparison to Dad in the last frame. Check back to the strips of last week on the camping trip.
Favoourites of mine:
Dilbert
Foxtrot
Garfield
etc…

Calvin’s dad will do what I did. Reach up an arm, pull the kid down under, and pretend to go back to sleep while they squirm. It only happens once.
