We all knew Calvin couldn’t be good for too much longer. I don’t remember anyone being chased with a baseball bat in our neighborhood. I remember fights with tree branches. Next door they had a tree with long bean like pods with seeds in them, they were like whips if you got slashed with one in a fight. I think the worst was when one of the gang went postal and tried to run another over multiple times with his bike one day.

What is it that you are going to destroy “Destructive Calvin” TV or anything more exciting

A million A-bombs? That’s gonna leave a mark.

This must be one of those times when Mom was getting “that look” (see yesterday).

Am I the only one reminded of texts like Psalms 46:9? :)

Calvin is the C bomb, but Mom is the Patriot Missle that intercepts the bomb. Go Mom.

A baseball bat, destructive intentions, and a quick getaway from home (although thwarted)…..mmmmmhhhhhh…….

This could only be two things: He is going to take care of the school problem or there is an urgent meeting ot the G.R.O.S.S. club

Just out of curiosity what is Calvin’s target ???

Let’s have no more bad-mouthing of Calvin’s mom [BTW, does she have a name?]on this site. She’s the only reason any of are still alive!

Anyone think that she is stopping him because of something he has already done in the house and not what he might be on his way to do outside? You never know with Calvin! By the way, who in that ‘day age’ or today for that matter would name their son ’ Calvin’?

No, Mom & Dad never had names that we learned.

I’ve driven by Fort Bliss Army Base, Home of the Patriot Missile several times and I’ve never seen one that looks anything like Calvin’s mom? Even so she sure acts like!

This reminds me of a couple of my brothers. One chased the other around the house with a baseball bat. Left a BIG dent on the back of the door when the chasee slammed the door on the chaser.

GASP!!!!!!

(Well someone had to do it. You know, gasp in horror with your hands on either side of your face, like in the painting “The Scream”).

I believe Calvin’s target was the living room with all of it’s fragile decorative items. I’m sure though that he would have spared the TV.

Today, a C-bomb was released over a city, it’s main target is as of yet unknown. Fortunately, a mom-missile was fired by the US government, deflecting the C-Bomb and keeping it from doing any harm.

When he said “streaks toward”, I thought it was going to be another of Calvin’s nude neighborhood adventures. Looking back on it, it would be even funnier if it was.
