For you non-Dungeons & Dragons players, there’s a spell that allows living people to have conversations with the, shall we say, “pulse challenged”. One woman who was playing a character with that spell penned the following, which has gone down in D&D legend:
“A corpse is a corpse, of course, of courseAnd no one can talk to a corpse, of courseBut I can talk to a corpse, of courseCause I’ve got Speak With Dead!”
