One time I was making a cake with Duncan Heins Chocolate Icing, and only half the icing made it onto the cake (“one for you, and one for me” type of spreading). The sugar hangover was terrible the next day–it was very much like an alcohol hangover. I learned the hard way that I have a limit on sugar intake.
