    I understand the cleaners point.Back in the 70s working at a car wash, a customer refused to lower his antenna. Got caught in the brushes and whipped the paint off the next car.Sew that loose button on before you drop it at the cleaner.

    jhhref33 – The Cleaner’s sign is absolving them of all responsibility for everything so if the lose the clothing, wreak the clothing, steal the clothing and sell it on e-bay, there’s (theoretically) nothing he can do about it. I’m sure he could still sue, however and definitely go to a different dry cleaner next time.
