Peter, as a dweeb in training, no move you make is going to be the right one. Get used to the fact that every move you make is a step in the wrong direction.

Wait a minute…Peter doesn’t look like a dweeb-in-training, nor is he one in fact. That’s the problem…for the moment.

If anyone should get Dweeb First Class With Clusters (or should that be With Pimples?), it should be the little guy (sorry, I forget his name!). It’s nice to see him have his moment with the girls, though.

“Get used to the fact that every move you make is a step in the wrong direction”? Oh. That’s just par for the course for most teenagers. :) At least it is for Peter.

And when I get this pedantic, it’s time for bed. See ya.

Doesn’t he know the rule of high school? EVERYONE is a dweeb in training. Or…. was that just MY high school?

    Does “librarian” equal “dweeb”?

My brother had a huge crush on a girl in high school, but she ignored him completely. Senior year, the class had a drive to buy Christmas presents for the kids in this poor family. One night, my brother and his buddy sneaked out late and stole a Christmas tree from a lot. The next morning, they brought the tree into class for the family. Twenty five years later, he met the girl at their reunion. She said, “You know, I thought you were a real dweeb until you brought in that Christmas tree. That was so WONDERFUL.” He didn’t say a word.

Now those football players from a few days ago. What were they gonna do: pulverize Peter and Morton because of their shirts? But if those “that-shirt-is-cute” girls came in before the pulverizing, what would the footballers do then? I think a lose-lose-and-win-win situation: the footballers can’t beat up Morton because the girls like the shirt and Peter gets rejected by girls and beat up by footballers because of HIM wearing the shirt.

Ray C, not entirely. I’m actually more closely related to the nerd family. But I was called “dweeb” often enough.

Does he really want to date girls who actually like that shirt?
