Okay. Incompetent male department needs to be closed. Al Bundy used up all the jokes that Shatner is currently beating to death and recycling is only good for the paper comics.

@freeholder1… Sad to say that here, unlike in the real world, men are always fools and women and children always correct. I keep waiting, too….

My father, my 2 brothers and I are better cooks than my mother or either of my 2 sisters.

freeholder1, joefish25… if you only read this comic twice a week, you’re going to miss things. I will stipulate that this comic depicts foolish men more often than foolish women and/or children, but then, it also depicts more men in general than women and children; and it does depict its share of incompetent women and foolish children.

And yes, there are many, many men in this world who are easily as incompetent as those depicted in this comic.

The old joke ‘the smoke detector is my wifes cooking timer” was true at our house. After the 4th fire ol’ dad took over all cooking.

I don’t get it. There are two male names listed as being the artists for this strip, but it almost always depicts men as being blundering idiots. What’s the deal?

And yeah, the strip is funny enough that I keep reading it. I’m just wondering.
