I used to worry how he got in to places that had no fireplaces, such as apartment houses.
My house did’nt have a chimney, so my parents told me he had a migical key that could open any door in the world.
we didn’t have a chimney either, so i came to the logical conclusion that he came in through the oil furnace chimney.
In my house, the chimney led to the old stove in the kitchen, so every Christmas Eve my poor mother had to clean the oven whether it needed it or not.
I figured out at a very young age that there ain’t no Santa Claus.
My sophomore year in college I started letting the world know the truth!
You mean….there’s (gasp) NOT a Santa Claus???
Next you’ll be telling us there is no Easter bunny.
I always knew Mom and Dad were Santa. And they knew I knew. (None of that disillusionment that comes from learning your parents lied to you for years!) But it was still a fun game to play!
Yah, right! And Diet Dr Pepper is really satisfying! HAH!
Things have got a lot easier since Santa has a personal transporter :P
