A cork and a safety pin. Worked in ’77.
Potato and a sewing needle with silk string……………. Numb the ear with an ice cube.
Or you could just avoid poking holes in your body. Remember: Pain is nature’s way of saying “Don’t do that.”
If I want my ears pierced I can get one of my wife’s cats to do it. They’ve had plenty of practice already on my hands, arms, legs…
As someone who pierced my own ears, and then a friends… I can understand Teena’s unease.
I used a candle, and then alcohol… no infections.
