Heh. Back in the day, our allowance was about 25¢ a week. And you weren’t able to get a work permit to get a job until you were 14. So if Dad was expecting golf clubs or Weber BBQs at 25¢ a week he was doomed to disappointment. At least Teena and Jeri went to SOME effort.
