The only thing on the table is a turkey, and there is no wait staff so I assume that is all she gets to eat. So what is the problem?

The last time Grandma let Grandpa say Thanksgiving Grace, “Good food, good meat good God let’s eat” Most of us were laughing too hard to pass anything for a while, especially after looking at Grandma’s face and knowing Grandpa was going to get an ear full.

Notice that everyone else (except Mom) said “Amen,” thus agreeing with Teena about the peas and pearl onions. [And she’s right!]

I’ll eat just about anything. They don’t call me the Grand High Culinary Inquisitor for nothing. Yams are awesome, but whoever invented peas with pearl onions needs to spend some time in my dungeon…

Grandpa created a funny memory that will last for years. When celebrating things should be fun. All seriousness makes you wish you weren’t there.

If you forget to say grace" God is good, God is great…let us thank Him for the food we ate….

I’ll eat the whole shebang. I like anything served at Thanksgiving. It’s all good.

Pearl onions are best when pickled in brine seasoned with turmeric and paprika, and swimming in a 6:1 mixture of gin and vermouth.

You know what’s gross? Drinking milk right after eating cranberry sauce. Yuk!
