I grew up a lot when I wrote a self-help book. Didn’t try to sell it. Thought old George Washington was on to something when he did one, and Ben Franklin, too. Interesting books. Franklin was a raja yogi, no big deal with postures, just a way to sit steady, and guided his thinking. Washington’s method was more for a man of action and social behavior.
Pretty tough being a real man when all of society’s toys commo are busy setting your agenda. But if you’re stubborn or want to be strong you give it a go. Otherwise go with the flow, baby. And don’t know that you don’t know.
