Actually, I thought that was a snappy comeback (intended or not). Tina was of course saying that Jeri knows losers because she is one, while Jeri came back by saying she knows losers because she knows Teena. But yes, Jeri is only interesting to Jeri (and maybe Johnson Pinecone).
