Yep, sadly enough. Had it happen once in Alabama when I was having a very interesting conversation which was aggressively interrupted by an older Afro-American female, much to the displayed displeasure of the guy I was talking with, who kind of shrugged with a facial expression that said ‘I don’t like this but don’t know what to do to change it.’
