Think BIG! If the sun is shining but everybody shuts their eyes, does it make light?

If you ask the same question from a hard science standpoint, the answer is “How do you define ‘sound’? Yes, the same vibrations move through the air and earth in the same patterns, but the translation of these phenomena into perception as ‘sound’ in the commonly-accepted sense relies upon there being a receiver of some sort and corresponding auditory centers in the brain.”

All of which, of course, would still result in a response of “I still don’t care” from most people.

If you ask a School Board in Texas or Kansas, they’ll say “The tree never fell, it’s been lying on the ground since God created it that way.”

If there was nobody around, how do you know it fell?
