Don’t knock it; it beats ending up on a Thanksgving table, as the pie nobody touches. ( And after all of Aunt Bessie’s hard work, too! )

My sister had a orange-brown Teddy Bear, inevitably named “Pumpkin”. Naturally, every one of “his” pies was marked with a round paw-print. Didn’t stop us from eating them, though.

I love pumpkin rolls with cream cheese icing so the pumpkin cheesecake isn’t that big a stretch for me. Too bad there aren’t more free thinkers in the pumpkin patch.

You know, a bright, glowing inner light for all to see doesnt sound to bad, actually. The gutting part, sure. But all growth requires pain and sacrifice.

—– Doc Toon, I was going to make the same offer. I can’t imagine an untouched pumpkin pie. My son just asked for one, for his birthday, instead of cake!
