Looks like the Sunday strip is going to be late again.
Are they having difficulty figuring out whether to put up older or newer strips on Sundays? If so, I suggest they alternate; 1920s one weekend, 1970s the next, etc.
Sunday’s strip is finally up. I figure it must be from the 40s or 50s - back in the days when the gas station attendants still did stuff like pump the gas FOR the customers!
I would love to see more Sunday strips from the VERY early days of Mutt and Jeff.
The length of the woman’s dress in the first panel could set today’s strip some time during the late 30s or early 40s.
