When exactly did men stop wearing fezzes as lounge-wear? I know Oliver Hardy wore one in the 1933 movie Sons of the Desert; is this particular strip that old?
@Susan001: I was referring to the headpiece that Ollie wore after he came home from the meeting, which was different from his club hat.
