Are those … peas Garfield is eating ? Vegetables ? Surely not … Maybe he’s just over-anxious, or maybe old age is finally catching up with him !

Ladyfingers86: I think Jon’s tried that, to no avail, numerous times… That cat is never full, just like my own real life cats, who are always “starving” after having eaten… sigh

I’ve had cats who would eat veggies ~ especially broccoli. One of them, a Garfield wannabe, actually hopped up on the stove one Thanksgiving to get to the turkey since I hadn’t shared any with him. Nothing Garfield does with food is a surprise!

Yesterday he didn’t wanna eat Jon’s masterpiece, today he wants Jon’s food. I’m glad Jon is back to cooking what Garfield likes.

Went from Generic dry food to generic canned food to 9 lives to Fancy feast to meow mix. Does anybody have a recipe for chopped chicken liver. My cats are getting a little fussy

Any “All you Can Eat” lunch/dinner would suit Garfield!

My cat loves Friskies “classic pate” in various flavors, but he likes it better all dried out. He’ll eat a couple of mouthfuls and leave the rest until the next morning when it’s dry and disgusting. Then he scarfs it all down.

I never heard of cats always being hungry, mitstan, unless the owner doesn’t feed them or feeds them very little. My cats were finicky and turned up their noses at certain cat food, and people food as well.

Well, I’m going to assume that my cats were the runts of their litters, and were always starving back then… In retrospect, most of the cats I’ve had in my life have always wanted more food, or people food, or any type of food, and believe me, we fed them well at each meal…
