This is a rewrite of a strip that was collected in one of the many WOI paperbacks of the 80s. Back then the tagline was “I still put my tights on one leg at a time”. In the UK “tights” are pantyhose or, archaically, a type of medieval legging worn by high-ranking men back in the days when knights were bold.
