More upscale establishments than “Dives” have been or should be closed. I didn’t see much of the show, but the one with Gordon Ramsay going into them and fixing them had some of the most sickening kitchens I’ve ever seen.
I miss a particular greasy spoon in Montreal.
BC 13 – those are only ones prepared to go public. Think (or don’t) about the kitchens you haven’t seen!
