when i first started driving a mail jeep (thankfully for everyone, not for long)..there was this tendency to physically place your physical body just to the right of the middle of the road….the position you would normally be in, in a left side steering vehicle….
but with a right sided steering vehicle , positioning yourself just to the right of the middle of the road would place most of the vehicle into the left lane!—I had to consciously place my body , while driving, towards the right edge of the road.
and that , folks, is why the letter carrier screws up from time to time….failure to multiftask!

My dad used to do that after being overseas. Scared the bleeep out of us!!
