Don’t be even more of an idiot, Paul. LCD sets are known to wear out in two years (the flourescent backlights go dim, and finally out).. Plus, their pictures aren’t as good.
Yeah sure, Plasma’s wear out in 2 years. My Panasonic 42” is 3 years old and still doing fine. (Knock on plastic material that looks like wood). It gets watched about 6 hours a day and has a great picture.
