Reminds me of the Charlie Brown Thanksgiving. At the end, they’re all in the back of the station wagon singing “Over the River and Through the Woods,” when Charlie Brown says, “There’s only one problem. My grandma lives in a condominium.”
What a great comic.
In fact, once upon a time, Grandma (and Grandpa) Lived fairly close. In todays society, they very well may live in Florida or Arizona. Not only that, but a sign of relatively recent times is that siblings live distant as well.
What a marvelous invention, the GPS!
