It’s a proven fact that over 90% of all warning labels relating to preventing injuries of kids were first required because a boy was injured first.

like the warning label on coffee cups which started showing up when a woman sued after spilling a cup oh hot coffee on her lap when she took the lid off of it and placed it on her dashboard and it fell off…..scalding her

“They said it couldn’t be done, but I done it!”

If a man stopped doing a thing every time a woman said “It can’t be done”, we’d still be living in trees. If necessity is the mother of invention, testosterone is surely its father.

It’s just the flipside of the coin we’re playing with here. “All or nothing”, “Sink or swim”, “No guts, no glory”… That’s the male brain. Men take the biggest risks, men get the biggest rewards, men take the biggest falls. The spectacular successes are of course balanced by the spectacular failures, but men are overrepresented at both extremes…

Don’t give the facts, Fairport! They make it look like trial attorneys might not be agents of Satan, and that’ll just confuse people!

I worked at McD’s for a bit in the late 80’s. I spilled coffee on my hands any number of times, and it was never a big deal. Now the time I spilled hot french fry greese on my hand, that hurt! And I never thought of suing them.
