My only ever helicopter flight was a tourist flight into the Grand Canyon. It was superb.

I was in a medieval helo in Vietnam with a bullet through my hand. It got shot dawn by enemy fire but luckily we landed in friendly lines. I broke a vertebra in my back which still hurts. I’m PTSD’ed out of helicopters.
