My niece was a nightmare to babysit. Close the door to the room and the screams started. She would sometimes scream for so long that she literally fell unconscious. All she wanted was for someone to open the door to her room and suddenly it was all innocent smiles.
How my brother and s-in-law survived I have no idea.And no, she didn’t have any phobias or health conditions beyond being an attention-seeker. Something that carried through to the present day….
