Deanna: The people downstairs are banging on the floor! They can hear our bed squeaking! Michael: We'll get it fixed. Deanna: But the kids like to play. How will I keep them quiet? Michael: The new tenants knew there'd be a family upstairs when they signed the lease. They have to expect some noise from up here.

People who bang on ceilings like that can be the worst. It got annoying at my last apartment. Yes, sometimes we did get a bit loud, I’ll admit. However, other times it seemed like an overreaction. Anyway, Mike and Deanna seem to have some horrible neighbors
