Elly: Michael, I know you love Farley, but you're loving him too much! How would you feel if someone huge picked you up and squeezed the breath out of you? Mike: Let's see... how would I feel... like it was my birthday an' Aunt Doreen was here?

Yes, Michael. Exactly. Now, don’t put on stale perfume and give Farley socks.

Kids tell the truth. Then they grow up and start prevaracating.

Don’t say that, AliKzam! I have several $13 pairs of dog socks I plan to gift for Christmas this year! Now you say they won’t like them? At least my perfume isn’t stale.

I have a thought…if Farley is a real sheepdog, how come we can see his eyes all the time?

Silverpearl, you spelled that word, “prevaracating” I looked up the dictionary on website for Merriam-Webber. It showed that that word you spelled was wrong so the spelling word is prevaricate correctly. Oh well! don’t feel bad about wrong spelling word. :-]

Can’t wait to see them grow up.

Don’t worry, summerdog. I’m sure everyone will love your socks! I was just thinking back. I had a great-aunt Marge as a kid. She was this skinny, 5 ft tall Hawaiian woman. Sweet lady, apparently liked her martinis when she was with the grown ups. Hugged like a pro-wrestler!

Dang it, Wildmustang, I just got through griping at somebody in the Doonesbury comments for ragging on you; and here you go and crit somebody else’s spelling.
I dunno; I’m new here, folks. What are the rules?

Baby Old English Sheepdogs you can still see their eyes. When they are all grown up the fur can cover the eyes. My uncle had an Old English Sheepdog and when I was a really little kid he’d let me ride around on his back!
