I have a collection of all the maps. Took a couple years to get them. Now, all anyone has to do is contact each State my internet. One thing about paper maps: they go out of date.
I still have a couple service station maps from before the freeways were built. Still see bits and pieces of the old 2 lane highway traveling between Pasco and Spokane, WA
In the 40’s and early 50’s, once you found yourself behind a freight truck going up steep hills or going around tight curves doing about 15 or 25 mph., you could plan on staying there a good while. Yup, we called those “the GOOD old days”!

Join AAA, go on their web site and get a TripTik from anywhere to anywhere. You can even change your route, if you want.
